WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE LOST TRADE CRAFT BEER CLUB?
This is a unique club to give access to rare and limited beers most of which are only obtained direct from the Brewery. Most of these beers never make it to the LCBO or Beer store. Ordering a membership goes a long way to support local businesses
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be placed under memberships. Once you have selected the type of membership best for you (or person you are gifting to) fill out the appropriate forms.
CAN I SELECT SPECIFIC BEERS OR BEER STYLES THAT I WANT TO RECEIVE?
At this time, we do not offer any customization, but hope to in the future.
CAN I CREATE A PERSONALIZED GIFT ANNOUNCEMENT?
Yes. You can create a personalized gift announcement that can be printed or emailed on a specific date during check out. You may also create a gift announcement outside of the ordering process by sending us an email with the details.
Payment can be placed via secure online payment system accepting credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Depending on your membership details payment will automatically be rebilled on the 26th of every month/season you ordered.
HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP TERM AND DO I HAVE TO SHIP EVERY MONTH?
Personal and Gift memberships are available from 3, 6 or 12 months or on an ongoing, month to month basis which will continue until you contact us to cancel your membership on our contact us page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We currently only refund on broken or spoiled product. Please send details to us via the contact page.
DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERIES?
Yes. Someone over 19 years of age will need to sign for your beer shipment. An ID may be required by the carrier. Our discrete packaging allows many of our members to ship to a work location or a neighbor who is often home.
WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
Shipments will be shipped the first week of the month and in the Seasonal Membership first weeks of March, June, September and December.
DO YOU SHIP BOTTLES, CANS OR BOTH?
There will be a combination of cans and different sized bottles to make up the total litres for the membership you have ordered.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE OR AM GOING ON VACATION?
Please either call us or email us no later than the 1st of the month to inform us if you have moved, plan to be out of town, or otherwise will not be able to accept delivery that month so that we can either re-route or reschedule your shipment. We use common carriers to deliver all of our products. If you are not home to sign for your shipment, the carrier will leave a door tag letting you know a delivery attempt has been made
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please either call us or email us no later than the 1st of the month to change your delivery address.
